Omissions
The following creatures are considered part of the earth subtype in official sources, but were removed for the purposes of this campaign because these giants and dragons are not summonable: amethyst dragon, blue dragon, brown dragon, copper dragon, deep dragon, li lung, maur, mountain giant, phaerlin giant, sand dragon, sapphire dragon, stone drake, and stone giant.
I also removed rukarazyll, for reasons discussed in that creature’s description.
