River Ashaba

At a Glance

The River Ashaba is a river in the Dalelands. It begins in the Desertsmouth Mountains, passes through Shadowdale, Mistledale, the Pool of Yeven, Featherdale, and Scardale, and empties into the Dragon Reach at Scardale Town.

The elves know it as Verire, but humans named it after Ashaba.

The Koryaz Mountains

At a Glance

The Koryaz Mountains mark, as far as most of Kara-Tur is concerned, the northern edge of the world.

The mountain range is divided into tribal lands including Guychiang Lands, Igidujin Lands, and T’aghur Lands.

Neighboring nations and regions include the Ama Basin to the north, the Yellow Sea to the east, Shou Lung to the south, and the Horse Plains to the west.

The year, in the Xaeyruudh campaign, is 1365 DR. It is unknown who, if anyone, controls the Koryaz Mountains.
