The Red Sashes act, albeit often unwittingly and contrary to superficial appearances, in the defense of Waterdeep and to further the aims of the Lords.

Leadership

The Red Sashes are led by someone known even to most members only as The One.

Contacts

Even within the Red Sashes, few members know more than the “street name” of the person they report to. Outsiders have only rumors and hunches to help them guess at who might be a member. There are, however, a handful of people who are thought to have dealings with the Sashes. Sometimes, like in the case of a Lady of the Court, these contacts are surely second or third-hand.
