The Abbey Mountains

This information is intended for use with the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game.

At a Glance

The mountain range south of the Frozen Forest, between Anauroch to the west and the Tortured Land to the east. The range was renamed for the Abbey of the Moon, built on Selûne’s Crest in -3848 DR (12 NY). Before that, they were called the Dragonsheart Mountains.

The mountains have always home to dragons, but they were mostly disinterested in the early human civilization of the area. Of greater concern during the time of Netheril were the orcs, goblins, and giants.
