At a Glance
The Tharchion of Thazalhar.
Milsantos has more responsibility than power; when something bad happens, he’s the one summoned to tell the Red Wizards about it. His desire to continue breathing makes him take his job very seriously. He would much rather be slain in combat (and fall into the sea so that his body is never found) than report a failure. Consequently, he is not the most friendly or reasonable man in Thay.
However, he is not eager to die. He enjoys the privilege afforded by his position, and he hopes that by proving his competence in the hinterlands of Thay he will bring himself to the Zulkirs‘ attention the next time a position of more comfortable responsibility becomes available in the heart of Thay… Tharchion of Amruthar has a nice ring to it, although he would be very happy to take over Pyarados if Valerios were to meet a well-deserved end.
