Alokkair is a male human wizard. He influences the founding of Hlontar and became its Wizard-King circa 500 DR, becomes a lich at some point after that, and persists until at least 1357 DR. His demesne beneath Fox Ridge in Shadowdale is known as the Dread Lair of Alokkair.
