Ophealine

This information is intended for use with the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game.

At a Glance

Ophealine is the Realms name for axinite. It’s typically brown in color, and sometimes called glass stone. Rarely it’s purple, and this hue is called yanolite. It’s cut in facets and the finished gems are hard, durable, and can be large. Such gems, set into rings, are known as “knuckle stones” for a time in Waterdeep for their utility as weapons against thieves and rival nobles.
