Haunted Halls

This information is intended for use with the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game.

At a Glance

A dungeon near Eveningstar.

Overview

Carved by dwarves from the western face of Starwater Gorge north of Eveningstar, this was once the lair of the human bandit Rivior. After his death the hold was claimed by a string of monsters and mages, whose violent deaths and subsequent hauntings have resulted in the dungeon’s current name. The hold was cleared out during the reign of King Azoun III (circa 1261-1275 DR), and has been officially recorded as unoccupied since then.

Of course the locals know better. Zhentarim and an infestation of kobolds have been mentioned in recent rumors.
