Eyes of the Eagle

This information is intended for use with the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game.

At a Glance

This is an edit/replacement of the eyes of the eagle found in the 3.5 DMG.

The clairaudience/clairvoyance spell is not used in calculating the cost of this item. The mention of that spell in the DMG description is a brain fart. The price in the DMG is for both lenses —compare goggles of minute seeing which are a similar item priced at 1250 gp— and since both lenses are necessary in order for the item to function this is the proper way to price it.

Random Effect Price
001-676 Spot (+5) 2,500 gp
677-845 Spot (+10) 10,000 gp
846-920 Spot (+15) 22,500 gp
921-962 Spot (+20) 40,000 gp
963-990 Spot (+25) 62,500 gp
991-997 Spot (+50) 250,000 gp
998-999 Spot (+75) 562,500 gp
000 Spot (+100) 1,000,000 gp
