Phalorm —also called the Fallen Kingdom and the Realm of Three Crowns— is a realm comprising the elves of Ardeep, the humans of Delimbiyran, and the dwarves of Thaltekhth.

Phalorm was established in 523 DR and fell in 615 DR. Survivors established the Kingdom of Man.
