Darkenbeasts, also called dark horrors or death horrors, are normal animals that have been temporarily transfigured into a beast resembling a cross between a pterodactyl and a wyvern, with a wingspan of about 6 feet.

At a Glance

Also called the wingless wonder. Alkada are ridiculous creatures, made infamous by wizards’ proclivity to take this form. The reason for this strange choice of beasts to polymorph oneself into is their bizarre natural anti-magic shell.
