Ayrorch of Lantan

The Ayrorch is the ruling council of Lantan.


Notable Individuals

The Ayrorch has twelve members. The Ayrar is the head of the group and speaks for the Ayrorch in Lantan. The Lantar is a traveling envoy to other lands. The other ten are equals, collectively called Santar – an ancient word for “others”. Circa 1357 DR, the members are as follows.

The Knights of the North

At a Glance

An adventuring band active mainly in the Moonsea North. They bitterly oppose Zhentil Keep, the Zhentilar, and the Zhentarim, and may be found anywhere within territory claimed by the Zhentarim.

From their original forty-some members, the Knights have been reduced to 16 and most (11) of the survivors are low-level.

The remnant of the royal court of Tethyamar, driven out of the Desertsmouth Mountains by devil-led and Zhentarim-aided hordes of orcs and goblinoids.

The Iron House is led by Ghellin, King-in-Exile. Ghellin and his kin are known to be on friendly terms with the elves of Cormanthor and the humans of the Dales.

Not to be confused with the Iron Throne.
