Watch-Wizard of Waterdeep

At a Glance

In Waterdeep, a Watch-Wizard is a (usually junior) member of the Watchful Order who patrols/guards with the City Watch. The Watch-Wizards are led by a Mage Civilar, who reports to the Lady Master of the Order.

Senior Armsmaster of the Watch of Waterdeep. He is responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and keeping track of, all weapons used by officers of the Watch. Hence, if one goes missing, he will be the one to investigate.

When a brawl breaks out, and a Watch patrol summons backup, and the second patrol also calls for reinforcements, Helve will almost always show up in addition to the reinforcements. When responding to a trouble, he is often accompanied by his daughter Lassree and 10-20 additional Watch officers.
