The Cold Field

This information is intended for use with the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game.

At a Glance

A moorland between Scardale, Harrowdale, and the edge of Cormanthor.

This field has seen many battles, and it is still perennially controlled by the restless spirits of the fallen. It’s calm enough in the summer that shepherds can graze their sheep here, but only the ludicrously drunk or stupid come here in winter.

Arch Wood

At a Glance

Located between Archendale, Deepingdale, and Tasseldale, this forest is an integral part of all three dales. Archendale begins logging the forest in 1370 DR, but stops within a year. The reason, which is not discussed by the Swords of Archendale and unknown to most everyone else, is that the forest contains ruins the Swords decided to leave undisturbed.
