Who Rules

Circa 1357 DR, Lord Commander Thursk Dembarron rules High Horn in the name of King Azoun IV of Cormyr. The local Herald is Dhag Greybeard.

During the Time of Troubles (1358 DR) the Lord Commander was Kae Deverell. Thursk Dembarron resumed command after the TOT.
