Who Rules

The year, in the Xaeyruudh campaign, is 1365 DR.

Mintarn is ruled by the self-styled “Tyrant” Tarnheel Embuirhan, with the assistance of the wizards Bharandas Zhan (mage) and Szentarr Ravin (illusionist). The “tyrancy” is open-minded, open-eyed, and open-handed, with a concerted effort toward keeping the peace and keeping pirates (and other outsiders) from gaining control of the realm.


Communities

The capital is also called Mintarn.


Notable Citizens

The merchant Olram Faravaerr is from Mintarn.
