A power of the Drow Pantheon. Before she became a goddess of the drow, she was a goddess of elves, known as Araushnee. She was cast out from among the Seldarine; an event which corresponded to the transformation and Descent of the Drow in the Realms. The year was circa -10000 Dalereckoning.

She’s known as Lloth in Menzoberranzan.

She rules The Demonweb Pits; the 66th layer of the Abyss.

In 1e, Lolth was, in addition to being a goddess of the drow, one of the beast cults followed by small numbers of humans.

Lolth (or rather a specific illustration) is featured on Stupid Monsters, which is a fun read.

Entropy

This information is intended for use with the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game.

At a Glance

A power, or quasi-power, of the Faerûnian Pantheon.

The Xaeyruudh Campaign

In this campaign, Entropy is an umbral blot. In return for the cult-like devotion of House Karanok, it (mostly) refrains from devouring the city of Luthcheq.

The Karanoks believe Entropy to be an eater-of-magic. Regardless of its priests’ assumptions, Entropy has no special animosity toward magic or its wielders. It devours anything and everything at its whim, without any special preference.

His domain is found on Cocytus, and is called the Supreme Throne (by Cyric himself) or the Shattered Keep (by everyone else).
